Catherine Hutchinson, St. Paul [Fulflood / Romsey Road / University]

I have lived in St Paul’s Ward for 21 years. My children were all born and have grown up here. I have worked locally in Early Years since 2001, managing pre-schools and my own Forest School. Through my work I have become aware of the pressures facing families and the inequalities hidden within our prosperous city, including in St Pauls. I joined the Labour Party in 2015, inspired to help make my community a fairer one, close the gaps in quality of life here and to do things in a cleaner, more sustainable way. I believe we need a Labour voice on the Council to promote these issues and to represent all the Labour Party Members supporters and voters of St Paul’s!

Charlie Elderton, St. Michael [Highcliffe / Bar End / St. Cross]

Charlie is a local resident and the ONLY candidate in
this election who lives in our ward – Charlie is the local
choice for St. Michael.

Charlie says ‘I have lived in Highcliffe with my family for
9 years. The local school, allotments and park have served
us brilliantly. We need to make sure that we support and
develop the services people rely on.’Your vote matters – we
can return a truly local Labour Councillor to represent us.

Andrew has lived in Micheldever for 10 years, has
served as Councillor on Micheldever Parish Council
since 2012 and is active in the local community. He
was Labour’s Parliamentary Candidate for North
West Hampshire in 2015.

Andrew says ‘This is a great place to live but we need
to make sure it works for everyone, with quality local
services. We must rise to the challenge of building a
sustainable rural community, caring for our
environment and our people’.
